Our company operates a 1,100-square-meter turbocharger production workshop with professional senior engineers team, all holding secondary vocational education or higher. We are equipped with precision machinery for manufacturing turbocharger rotor and components, such as CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, ultra-precision grinding machines, dynamic balancing machines, and computer-controlled EDM machines. Our operations are computer-programmed, featuring comprehensive blueprints, well-designed processes, and rigorous quality control. We strictly enforce the inspection system,maintain detailed records for critical processes, and implement a re-inspection protocol for incoming raw materials. All key components meet design specifications, and we have established a robust quality assurance system. Over the years, our turbocharger rotors and components have received positive feedback from worldwide countries' clients, ensuring railway transportation safety.
In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Railways Document No.93, we will further strengthen quality management, enhance the traceability of product quality testing, and improve our self-quality control capabilities, aiming to gradually establish a modern enterprise management system. Our company has developed the capacity for mass production and quality assurance of turbocharger rotors and locomotive components. We hereby submit this application for approval by the acceptance unit and the Locomotive Acceptance Office of the Ministry of Railways.
